Return Policy
At AC Lash and Beauty, we're dedicated to providing top-quality skincare and lash supplies to ensure your satisfaction. If your purchase falls short, please refer to our Return Policy for guidance.
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the day of delivery to request a return.
- To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
